This is extremely important in real estate marketing…we offer next day business service for all of our products. 

We can provide either choice when it comes to photography. There are benefits to both methods and truly come down to preference. Feel free to reach out and discuss the specifics of your project and we can help you decide which option would be best!

Another great question! If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24hrs notice there is no fee due. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs of the appointment, there will be a $95 fee accessed due to the inability to fill the appointment. Thanks for your understanding!

Booking online provides the most up-to-date information on appointment availability as well as allows for a payment method when booking. This means when the products are delivered the card will be charged for the services rendered. If you have trouble booking online, please call or text us at (843)754-3002.

Appointment Questions

Yes! This is very important to share with your clients prior to photo/video day. We email this information with your booking confirmation. Feel free to forward it to your clients or setup a call and discuss the items that will need to be addressed prior to the appointment.

While we would love to meet your homeowners and their pets, we have found that it is most beneficial for time and the quality of the products rendered for homeowners and pets to not be present for the appointment, if possible, That may sound harsh, but appointment day is much like a showing – we won’t be able to provide MLS ready images, if homeowners/pets are in the shots or reflections. Our goal is to provide the best products/services and more homeowners/pets we have to keep out of the shot, the more chances we miss something and shoot photos that are unusable. If homeowners/pets must be home, we ask agents to attend and help keep homeowners/pets out of shots for MLS compliant products.

1,000% Yes! This is a great add-on for your listing photography package for an additional $50. This includes fixtures, craftsmanship, high end materials, etc. that showcase the quality of the home’s finishes. Make sure to select this option when booking as it does require a longer appointment.

We all know that mobile devices have come a long way in terms of photography output, however, nothing beats a high-end DSLR/mirrorless camera tuned for real estate photography. There are cases where we can “enhance” photos to add to MLS, however, they will not match the photos taken by our professionals. Please reach out to us to discuss specifics needs!

Utilization Questions

This is a great question and one we get often. We license our products as a single license for the marketing of the property by the brokerage representative that hires us. These photos can not be resold, transferred or utilized by anyone outside of that agreement, as we are the copyright holder of the work. We do offer amenities and area photos that we can offer to multiple advertisers at our discretion. It’s important to note that services are not exclusive to the brokerage representative that hired us. There is an option to purchase a multi-license for products and services. Please reach out to us for more information on this exclusive product line.

Once the products are ready for use, you will receive an email with links and code. We provide a photography link (through dropbox) where you can download the folder and immediately multi-file upload to the MLS. For videos we offer 2 distinct options for MLS upload – an embed code for video tours and a link for virtual tours. Please note no dropbox account is needed to utilize and all photos are sized appropriately per local MLS restrictions.

Once you click to download the photos from the dropbox link provided via email, no resize is needed. Simply unzip the compressed file (PC users only, as Mac auto decompresses files) and mass upload or select the photos you’d like to upload directly into MLS.
